ROSE' DI SANGIOVESE

Grape variety: Sangiovese grape

 

Area of production: Tuscany

 

Description: Rose’ of Sangiovese has a fermentation with the skins for about 16 hours at low temperature; after that we proceed to remove the skins from the tank. The wine age in stainless steel tank for 3-4 months. It’s ready to be bottled in March-April.

 

Colour: lovely bright salmonDescription: delicate, fresh, with note of cherry, pomegranate and red poppy. Soft in the mouth, fresh and persistent, with perfect acidity.

 

Pairings: perfect with appetizers and cold cuts, white meat, fish. Thrilling with pizza. Best served between 6-10 °C

 

Alcohol: 12.50% by Vol.
